At Luxe Settlement Solutions, our mission is to simplify the claims process and maximize payouts for merchants who qualify for the Payment Card Interchange Fee Settlement. Provide information about your business below, and from there we will register and verify its eligibility with the Class Administrator.
Once registered, we audit, contest and advocate for you to ensure the Class Administrator has accounted for the proper amount of interchange fees you've paid during the term.
Once we're satisfied the Class Administrator has accounted for all the fees you've paid, we file the Settlement Claim(s) on your behalf for zero up front costs.
After the Registration date has passed and amounts are approved, we remit the payout to you, minus the LSS fee. We only get paid when you get paid.
The final day to register businesses was February 4th, 2025. If you registered your business with us, we are continuing to work on maximizing your payout, and will provide updates on timelines when they become available.
